I am a Personal Fitness Trainer with my own fitness/health business. I am currently training to run the Lewa Half Marathon. I recently gave birth of my first baby, Jamie Max Carr-Hartley. I am married to William Carr-Hartley who has won the Rhino Charge 7 times. I have been a keen team 42/17 supporter for 6 years. Only missing 1 charge, last year as Jamie was only 2 weeks old.
I was born in Nairobi and I am 4thgeneration Kenyan. My great great Aunt is Beryl Markham. I went to boarding school in the UK aged 13 and only returned to Kenya when I was 24.
I am very passionate about fitness, health and ones well being. I am about to start a Nutritionist course to extend my business. I am also very passionate about Kenya, its heritage, culture and environment.
